Hello! my name is Mayela, I love to create shapes practicing yoga or painting.
I am passionate about the subject of yoga, you can call me an eternal student. I started my yoga studies in 2010 and I am now an advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. It is through this call that I found an infinite source of happiness and bliss (mostly bliss ;)
I teach weekly classes to all levels of practitioners and hold a free Satsang once per month. Expect to learn more than asana, we’ll dive deep into the study of scriptures, pranayama, meditation and beyond.
